What is the check-in/check-out time?

Check in at 3：00pm, check out at 11:00am.

What should I do if there are no rooms available for the day when I check online?

There is a limit to the number of rooms made available online.
Please call us to confirm vacancy.

Can I pay in advance?

Payment can be fulfilled with the methods given below. Please contact us for more details.
・Paying by direct bank transfer (furikomi)
・Payment at the hotel (cash/card)　

Can I use a credit card to pay?

We accept Diner’s Club, American Express, JCB, VISA, UC, NICOS, DC, TS3 and other credit cards.

Is there a cost for small children that will share the same bed?

mall children sharing the same bed stay for free. Breakfast at the restaurant for children 3 and under is also free.
Children aged 4 to 8 can dine at the buffet for ¥990 (tax included).

Can we borrow an extra bed?

Yes. Cots are available for ¥3,850 (tax included). Some rooms cannot use this service. Thank you for your understanding.
There is a limit to the number of cots available. Please make a reservation.

Can I borrow a baby bed?

Yes. Baby beds (for children under 1 year old) are available for ¥2,750 (tax included).

Sending luggage (sending from the hotel)

The front desk can handle shipping services.

Can I send luggage to the hotel before I arrive?

After making your reservation, send your luggage to the address below. We will store guest luggage at the hotel until you arrive.
When sending luggage, make sure you fill in your name (with katakana) and the day of your arrival.

Can the hotel store luggage for me before checking in or after checking out?

Luggage of guests staying with us can be stored at the front desk.

Can I combine internet packages on the Hotel website with discounts or tickets?

Sorry. We do not accept combining of discounts. When using tickets, the discount will be against the base room charge.

Is there a cancellation fee?

To cancel, call at least two days before your arrival. Cancelation later than two days before the reservation will result in a cancellation fee.
1 Day before: 20% of room charge,
Day of reservation: 80% of room charge,
No notice: 100% of room charge

Can I extend the checkout time?

To use the room beyond the morning of the day of checking out, the additional fee given below will apply.
Until 3:00pm: 30% of room charge/Until 6:00pm: 50% of room charge/Past 6:00pm: 100% of room charge

Can I connect to the internet?

All rooms have free internet connection services using wired and wireless networking.
(Instruction for connecting to wireless internet and wired LAN services are provided in the room.)
Computers are not provided. Please bring the computer you wish to use.
Computers are available to borrow from the front desk.

What amenities and other items are available in guest rooms?

Toothbrush sets, razors, cotton swabs, body sponges, hair brushes, and feminine amenities are available.
Other items provided include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dryers, and men’s hair tonic.
We can also provide amenities for children. Night wear is available for sleeping.
We also provide hot water pots and pants pressers.

Is there a coin laundry?

Not in the same building complex. There are coin operated laundry facilities nearby.
Dry cleaning services are also available.

Where can I get ice?

We do not have ice machines. The front desk provides this service.

Is there a smoking lounge?

We apologize for the inconvenience. This hotel is a non-smoking environment. There is space for smoking outside.
Smoking space is provided out the front doors and to the right.

Are there vending machines?

There is a vending machine corner near the elevators on every floor.

Is there a spa?

We do not have a common bathing facility.
